At Evexía, we aim to make payment as easy as possible! Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, or Credit Card.

 

If you have 3rd Party Coverage, you may be required to provide either a doctor's note or a pre-authorization. We know the requirements can be confusing, so we made you this guide.
